i have no shame at all in saying this: i love payless! the cheap shoe chain is pioneering the philosophy that less really can be more. after partnering with abaete last year, they are now getting together with fashion forward label alice+olivia, which celebs like paris hilton are obsessed with. fashionista's on a budget, like me, can now look forward to another season of of beautifully designed,packaged and priced shoes. you can't beat that combo.
