las vegas--i love celebs who are about their business and apparently andre agassi is one of them. the retired ace tennis star's company, agassi enterprises filed a suit on friday against target for "intentional, willful and wanton" use of his name - without his permission. apparently, target (one of my favorite stores ever) has been selling sandals using agassi's name after his lawyers had already told them not to. their cease and desist message was delivered in june of this year, but according to aggasi's legal team, they found the sandals for at two target stores and online at amazon.com as late as this month. target responded with a weak excuse, saying the continued sales were an "oversight."
