manila should be the site of at least one of the 8 gap stores that will be opening in the philippines by 2012. (source:news.architel.com)manila,phillipines-- okay. but why? if you aren't selling out like crazy in your current stores should't you find a way to boost sales before expanding? look! i'm no retail specialist. just a fashion blogger. and i'm just asking. with that said - gap is opening a new gap and banana republic store in the philipines, according to wgsn.com. eight more gap's and four more banana republic's are scheduled to open throughout the country in the next five years.
