DON'T SWEAT IT: GAP ANNOUNCES NEW "SWEAT SHOP FREE" LABEL

tough times are here - again - for the gap.

san fransisco--it just keeps getting worse huh? i don't mean to bust on the gap, but it's amazing to see them flip, flop and flop some more on the retail scene. hot on the heels of the newspaper article that exposed child labor abuse at one of their indian factories, gap is announcing it's solution resolution. the label would be called "sweatshop free" and allows consumers to actually track the origin of each garment they buy. no further details have been released yet, but please expect it to co$t a lof ot money. adult labor, as they already know, is not cheap.
