GABRIELLE UNION - always fabulous Gabrielle Union def did it in this dress at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Black tie dinner in DC last October. i never caught her slippin this past year.

THE SMITHS - Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith with son Jayden did it again at the Oscars last February. they are truly each other’s best accessories.

KATHERINE HEIGL - i love this girl! she seems to get it right all the time. Katherine Heigl looked like an angel with a dose of sexiness and fierceness. im not the biggest fan of the accessories but she still gets an A+ from me.

LAUREN LONDON - maybe the eye candy of the year Lauren London looked her best in this pink top-tier shaped dress at the BET Awards last June. the shoes: cute. the makeup: flawless. The hair: simple but nice. (and she’s covering up that infamous tattoo). Go girl!

MARIAH CAREY - last march the divine ms. m became the new face of pinko, an italian clothing brand. the jacket was a hit. but this the entire look was a miss.


RIHANNA - first, take a moment to thank the woman who brought back the ‘do that everybody was rockin this summer. Rihanna made my personal best dressed list for the 2007 World Music Awards last November. she can may more than an umbrella ‘ella look become the newest and hottest thing.

TARA REID - i guess i’ll start with the bad news. tara reid never looks hot to me and since her body is about to disappear, she may never get a chance. she sort of wore this dress at the cocktail party at Conrad Jupiters Magic Millions Carnival in Australia's Gold Coast last January.

BEYONCE - as reported on the blayreport, i can’t help but include this look Beyonce wore last December while playing have of Bigga during a shopping spree in Paris, France. She made Mr. Blackwell’s best dressed list and im sure she’s make a spot in 2008. can’t wait!
