The store and designer take NO responsibility for schmucks and wooden-heads who feel compelled to test the endurance or resistance of the textile in any way."

A GLOSSY NEW BIBLE, STARRING ANGELINA JOLIE

usa - see that title up above? its correct. according to a new article in the washington post, publishers are debuting a brand new version of the bible which will look like a glossy magazine complete with pictures of sultry hollywood celebs and iconic figures like angelina jolie and dr. martin luther king. so....does this count as a sign of the apocalypse. the article is a good read, check it out here. (p.s when i think about it, doesn't jolie look just how you'd imagine mary magdalene from the new testament to look?)

SEAN CONNERY FOR LOUIS VUITTON: AN INSTANT CLASSIC

paris - pray tell: who is the creative direction genius behind these vuitton ads? following in the footsteps of francis ford coppola, keith richards, and other oldies-but-goodies, sean connery (the original james bond) has been tapped as the new face of vuitton. frankly i love him in these ads and i love the ads themselves. the easy luxury they portray are an awesome antithesis to the overt luxe and sexiness of marc jacobs' runway shows. are you feeling these ads as much as i am?
