a look from bottega's spring 07 collection. okay, yall know i'm obsessed with stella mccartney and chloe (one might argue that they are one and the same.) but bottega veneta is fast becoming my third favorite lux label. i don't just love their sexy, well-made pieces - i can see myself living in them. but what makes them so dope, is not just good design -it's good marketing. hence today's b.v news: they are taking their resort collection on line. instead of holding a fashion show for select editors as is usually done, they have decided to send a select group of editors c.d's of the collection with a narrative by tomas maier, creative director. for those of us who aren't on the mailing list, we can log on to their website this thursday and check it out.
