20-YEAR-OLD MODEL DAUL KIM PASSES AWAY

Paris - The Korean-born model Daul Kim, 20, was found dead in Paris this morning. Her agents at Next confirmed the news and they said in a statement, "She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much." Although the cause of death remains unknown at this time, a source tells The Cut the young model committed suicide. Daul began modeling at Korea in 2006, appearing in several Korean Vogue editorials. Throughout her modeling career Daul has walked for many established fashion labels, such as Chanel, Dries Van Noten, Maison Martin Margiela, Alexander McQueen, Christopher Kane, Vivienne Westwood and Dolce & Gabbana.
