solange wore this outfit to her 21st birthday party in texas. i am not a fan. the dress lacks any standout detail in the color, cut, or fabric area. as birthday girl, she should have donned a bright, sexy number that befits the season, the day, and her status as the "it"girl of the party. instead she looked like she recently did during a performance on the b.e.t awards: the chic in the background.
