worldwide - Thanks to her relationship with Avon, Reese Witherspoon who has been Avon's global ambassador and brand spokeswoman for the past two years, will launch her first fragrance in November. It is called, In Bloom by Reese Witherspoon. Her inspirations for the fragrance come from steamy nights in the south, her momma, and lots of white flowers. danica delucrezia

WE LUST THIS: GOOGLE´S NEW 3G PHONE

usa - at first  blush, i couldn't be more excited about this news: google has launched a new phone called the mytouch3G. as a hard core googlenista ( my blog is on a google platform, my contacts, calendar, email are all on google, i blog on the go with google, etc, etc, etc) i am dearly devoted to all things google and am an automatic fan of their products. this phone is equipped with just as many bells and whistles - if not more - as the G1. it has improved camera and camcorder capability, it has upgraded google search to google search with voicee, and there are hundreds of new applications. but upon further inspection of the photo, my enthusiasm is slightly curbed. for one it doesn't appear to give the dual option of a standard querty and touch screen key board, something i absolutely adore in the first phone. next it looks to be a whole lot slimmer than the first one, a feature i actually dont love. in an age where phones are so slim, they almost disappear it was nice to have something chunkier to hold on to. i have yet to test drive the phone and hope to do so in a fewweeks, perhaps after experiencing it my opinion will change. in meantime, does your inner tech geek love or loath this phone? zandile blay

READY TO STARE: PROENZA SCHOULER RESORT 2010

new york - trust this duo to reignite a nineties trend, while drawing inspiration from tahitian surfer culture and midcentury factory workers. there is no point coating this in flowery descriptives - i want every piece in this collection!
that cropped white jacket, the lengthened navy (denim?) vest, the scarf-like incorporation into the neck pieces, that waist-enhancing yellow and grey halter, among many others. i'm a huge fan of the tie-dyes, but would likely pair them with the navy shorts and basket weave detail sandal, along with those angular round bottom sunglasses (inspired by mid- 20th century factory workers' goggles), for a night out on bleecker street. yes, i wear my sunglasses at night. starting tomorrow, i'm tying my sweater around my waist, too. lottie ntim

READY TO STARE: TFANK DEFIES TIME WITH RESORT COLLECTION

new york - if barbara tfank's resort collection gave any hint of a recession it would only be in the form-fitting frocks that one could imagine meant a rationing of fabric - and quality fabrics at that. leading up to another collaboration with brit singer, adele, tfank's collection has an obvious focus on quality yet interestingly maintains a sense of accessibility through her use of optimistic pinks and lime yellows. like adele, the woman tfank designs for is proper without being prudish; confident, but not cocky. the collection itself is an array of investment pieces that would have been a hit in the sixties as i can imagine it will be in 2040. lottie ntim

NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY - THIS W SHOOT OF MR & MRS BRUCE WILLIS IS ETERNALLY LEGEND

los angeles - the june issue of w magazine features this amazing spread of actor bruce willis and his new wife, model emma herring. its dark, debauched and....delightful. i marvel especially at two things: a) that at 54, willis is sporting such a toned, taut body and b) that he excelled at a shooting a concept which could easily have been

uncomfortable for men twice his age. i love it. do you? zandile blay

JUST HAD TO SHARE: NAOMI & VLADIMIR

ibiza, spain - yeah, i'm obsessed. i live for this super model, naomi campbell and her super rich boo, vladimir. the extra long weave, the extra long money, the extra-ness of it all. but really, i swear, it's not the looks or the money that seduces me, but the genuine love i see shinning like a halo around this duo. just wanted to share these recent snaps of them from frolicking on the beach in ibiza. zandile blay
