I went to their press preview last Wednesday and really liked what I saw - especially that guy: pharell. he is probably one of the best interviews I've had for very obvious reasons and we had a very fun flirty chat. trinidad - is it dead wrong that the only roti I've ever had has been store bought? well, I finally made right the other night at a private home in trinidad. it was at the "white house," home to the white family where mom cathy hosts huge gatherings on the weekend. I felt privileged to be invited and enjoyed some of the best roti I've had in my life. they served it with curry lamb, curry chicken, and loads of condiments like mango chutney and tamarind. soo tasty! please get into it the pics as well as the extras of homes on the private street. zandile blay
