admit it! you've stopped at a debs shops at least once or twice in your life. i will fess up to shopping at this really bad juniors clothing store a few times in college. the good part is it's cheap, the pad part is it's cheap. think more lowbrow than joyce leslie, strawberry's and mandees. no wonder that fash insiders are whispering that the store is being sold for -ironically - a really cheap price. more details the story unfolds.
