los angeles - ........or is this a really ugly outfit. i spotted this on one of my fave blogs, dlisted.com, and couldn't even read the post attached to it. i was just caught up in the mess that is that dress - especially with the shrug and hat and stockings. it's in especially bad taste. even for paris hilton. and blaynista's, that's saying a whole lot.
