paris - yep! faberge, the company now legend for it's fancy jeweled eggs, is branching out into jewelry. on one hand, i'm thinking: why did it take so long for them to do this? on the other hand, i'm thinking: why are they doing this? besides being very precious and very pricey i can't fully comprehend what the point and purpose of their jewelry line will be. i can't imagine that it will reinvent or even add to the wheel. but perhaps i'm being entirely too harsh and be in full gag once i see fabulous baubles from the lux brand. but i sorta doubt it. zandile blay
