how do i say this...christopher kane is kind of a big deal. at only 24 (my age!!!) this boy has earned his masters degree from central saint martins (my school!) and has launched a successful, star studded, fully sponsored graduate show. the hype surrounding him as a college student was made good yesterday with his first showing at london fashion week. when i first got backstage i was shocked to learn that not only was guido, master stylist for redken, doing hair for the show - but gucci westman was on make up. huh!? this is his first show! i was in for more shock when i saw that manolo blahnik did all the shoes for the collection. and the ultimate head banger? anna wintour, personally came back stage to review the collection before it showed. as you can see from my shady pics (lol!) not only was i standing right behind her - i was the only blogger there!!! can i get a high-five blaynistas?! check out more pics of this at glamblush on glam.com and let me know if you loved or hated these clothes!
