u.s.a--so for all those plastic surgery rumors: clearly a nose job was done. all the other changes, i'm guessing, happened naturally with time. but i think she looks super cute in both photos. and although the picture on the left is very low-key kimora, please peep the cushion cut diamond ring. vintage fab.
